Wages
All your workers must earn at least minimum wage and receive a payslip.
A workers payslip or registers must show:
-
hours worked (including overtime)
-
amount paid for regular time and overtime.

regular working time/contract rate/any other figure used for payment calculation
-
paid breaks
-
deductions have been agreed to and are legally justified
All wage records must be securely stored for seven years.
