If your workers live in onsite accommodation, you must ensure that their accommodation meets regulatory requirements and is equipped accordingly.

You must ensure your workers have access to clean drinking water and have designated areas to eat and rest.

If you provide transport for your workers, it must be safe and comply with all related NZ laws. This includes having a current WOF and registration.

In accordance with your Health and Safety Risk Assessment, a first aid kit must be readily available to your workers and its location clearly stated in your risk assessment.

Where required, suitable changing facilities need to be available for workers.
