You are required to provide your workers with easy-to-understand and current information on New Zealand employment rights.
The person in your business who is responsible for worker welfare must complete the Employment New Zealand e-learning modules.
We recommend that you, your Management GRASP Liaison and Worker Representation complete the modules.
TIPS:

Print out and provide your workers with the "Know your employee rights" resource (available in various languages) as a part of their induction.
