You will be required to describe the organisational structure of your business.

This includes outlining the roles and responsibilities of the people who have an impact on the implementation of GAP and GRASP in your business.

It is important that the people in your team have the skills, training and competency to carry out their required tasks on orchard.

You must be able to demonstrate that your workers have received the necessary training, including training on onsite health & safety requirements.

This also includes having a trained first aid person onsite while providing on-orchard services.

Records of all training activities must be kept and readily accessible for your inspections.
