Outsourced Activities
You must be able to demonstrate that there is a valid orchard services agreement between your business and the grower.
This includes demonstrating you have provided a valid CAV to the grower of all orchards you work on.
If you use subcontractors, you must ask for a copy of their CAV and cross check this against the Approved Contractor List.
A copy of your subcontractors CAV must also be provided to the grower.
