Continuous Improvement

As a Contractor registered in the Zespri GLOBALG.A.P. Contractor Program we encourage a culture of continuous improvement.

You are required to maintain a “Continuous Improvement Plan” which outlines business objectives, target outcomes and an estimated date of achievement.

If your previous inspection identified corrective actions, you can include these in your Continuous Improvement Plan to show how you have made improvements to your systems.
