Agrichemical Containers

As a Spray Contractor, you must ensure that empty agrichemical containers are stored and disposed of appropriately, in line with local regulations and does not risk compromising the environment or human health. 

You must be able to demonstrate that empty containers are triple-rinsed with water before storing and disposal, and that the wash water is disposed of in a way that doesn't risk compromising the environment. This can be detailed in your spray job sheet. 

Agrichemical containers must not be used around the orchard for any purpose other than to hold or transport the identical product.
