FAQs
- If you have worked with Zespri before, you should have received an e-mail with a link to login and set a password. Check the spam or junk folder for the e-mail address you use with Zespri to find this e-mail. If you cannot find it, contact Compliance@zespri.com or 0800 549 440 to resend the e-mail.
- If you have not worked with Zespri before and did not receive any e-mail to set a password, you will need to complete the Request Access process. Go to https://industry.zespri.com, click Request Access, and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Other helpful tips:
- Some web browsers do not work well with all sites. Try using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer).
- Ensure you do not have an ad-blocker or pop-up blocker on.
- Remember this is not the Canopy site, so your username and password might be different than what you have set for Canopy access.
Note that you only need to request access if you have never before registered as a kiwifruit contractor. If you have already registered before, or received an e-mail from Zespri to login, go to the instructions below for logging in.

If you have just reset your password, or are setting it up for the first time, and are receiving an error message, this sometimes happens if you sign in too quickly after the system is processing your password for the first time. Please close the browser window, wait 60 seconds, and attempt to login again.

This website is not setup to support old versions of web browsers. You can either click the link to go and update your browser (choose whichever browser you are on, e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.), or click “Continue to site.” Just note that if you continue to the site without updating, some of the links or images might not work properly.

If you still do not receive the password reset e-mail, you will need to reset it with Microsoft. As this is a Microsoft-hosted website, Zespri cannot reset passwords.

If you are attempting to view licenses, please note that only Growers and Orchard Administrators have access to these. If you are a Grower or an Orchard Administrator and still cannot view documents, please contact Grower Support Services at 0800 155 355.

If you are unable to see documents that you have seen before, ensure you are logged in. Some documents are available to view for anyone, without a login required. Other documents are sensitive and specific to your role, so those are only available to view after you’ve logged in. Some documents are only available to view on Canopy, so please ensure you are logged into the right website.

Yes, if you are a spray contractor who needs access to Spray Diaries, you will still have that access. Simply login to Canopy to access Spray Diaries, just as you normally would.

If you have worked with Zespri before and want to update your registration, click here, click on Login and enter the e-mail & password you use for this site. If this is your first time accessing this site, you should have received an e-mail prompting you to set a password. Check your e-mail address (including your junk folder) to find this e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail, contact Compliance@zespri.com or 0800 549 440.

Once logged in, go to “My Details” to update details about yourself as an individual or “Organisations” to update details about your Organisation.

Please note this process can take up to 3-5 business days to process, and you will receive an e-mail with the next steps to complete your registration process.

You only need a GRASP if you have employees. GRASP is part of the GLOBALG.A.P. compliance certification. You can find more information about GRASP in the Employee Rights and Employee Records units.

If someone is missing from the list, Zespri might not have a copy of their CAV (which the contractors need to provide to Zespri).

The GLOBALG.A.P. & GRASP Contractor List will show all contractors once they’ve registered. The list refreshes regularly.

To show up on the list, you must be a currently registered contractor with Zespri. You can find more information about the registration process here. Ensure Zespri have a copy of your CAV.

If you have completed all this information and submitted it to Zespri, please note it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to process it and update the list. The GLOBALG.A.P. & GRASP Contractor List refreshes regularly.

Once you have your CAV from your inspector, send a copy of your CAV to Compliance@zespri.com. It may take up to 3-5 business days from receiving it for us to process it.
CAV stands for Compliance Assessment Verification. After your independent inspections, if you meet the GAP requirements, you will be given a CAV. This is your certificate verifying that you demonstrated good agricultural practice at the time of your inspection. You can see more information about CAVs here.
Please provide a copy of your CAV to all Growers before you undertake work for them.
