To request access, go to https://industry.zespri.com. Click Request Access and follow the instructions on the screen.

Have you registered as a contractor before?

  • If yes, you should have received an e-mail with a link to login and set a password. Check the spam or junk folder for the e-mail address you use with Zespri to find this e-mail from Microsoft. If you cannot find it, contact Compliance@zespri.com or 07 572 6464 to resend the e-mail.
  • If no, you will need to first request access.

  • If you have recently changed the password for your Microsoft account, it has also changed here. You will need to enter the most up to date password for your Microsoft account.
  • If you have access to the Canopy site, remember this is a different site, so your username and password might be different to the one you set up for the Canopy site.

Resetting your password will depend on how you set your account up.

  • For Microsoft accounts, (@hotmail, @live, @outlook, @passport, or @msn) you will need to reset it with Microsoft. Please note, Zespri does not have any way to assist with Microsoft account password resetting.
  • For all other e-mail accounts, go to the Industry Site, Login, and click the “Can’t access your account” link. A temporary password will be sent to your linked e-mail account.
  • If you can’t find your password reset e-mail, please check your spam or junk folder first.
  • If you still do not receive the password reset e-mail, you will need to reset it with Microsoft. As this is a Microsoft-hosted website, Zespri cannot reset passwords.

Older versions of web browsers are not supported. You can either:

  • Click the link to update your browser (choose whichever browser you are on, e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Click “Continue to site.” Be aware that if you continue to the site without updating, some of the links, images or site functionality may not work properly.

We recommend updating your browser before continuing.

Some documents are available to view for anyone, without a login required. Other documents are sensitive and specific to your role, so those are only available to view after you’ve logged in, if relevant to your role.

  • If you are a contractor, please contact the Preharvest Assurance Team at compliance@zespri.com or 07 572 6464.
  • If you are a Grower or an authorised spray contractor, some documents are only available to view on Canopy, so please ensure you are logged into the right website. If you are a Grower or an Orchard Administrator and have questions about your documents, please contact Grower Support Services at 0800 155 355.
  • Yes, if you are a spray contractor who has been authorised by the Grower to access their Spray Diaries, you will still have that access. Login to Canopy to access Spray Diaries, just as you normally would.
  • To register go to https://industry.zespri.com, click Request Access and follow the steps. Please note this process can take up to 3-5 business days to process, and you will receive an e-mail with the next steps to complete your registration process.
  • If you have already completed the Request Access step, check your spam or junk folder for the e-mail from Microsoft to complete the access request. If you do not have the e-mail, please contact Compliance@zespri.com or 07 572 6464.

Have you registered as a contractor with Zespri before?

  • If yes, you can update your registration information by going to https://industry.zespri.com, click on Login and enter the e-mail & password you use for this site. Once logged in, click the “Click here” button and go to “My Details.” You can update details about yourself as an individual or the Organisations you manage. Click the “Contractor Registration” button to update your registration details. More information on what is required to register is available here: https://industry.zespri.com/contractors/resources.
  • If no, you will need to request access.

You can find a list of contractors here: https://industry.zespri.com/contractors/gap-grasp-contractor-list. The status will show as Registered or Awaiting Confirmation. The GLOBALG.A.P. & GRASP Contractor List will show all contractors once they’ve registered. The list refreshes every hour.  If someone is missing from the list, Zespri might not have a copy of their CAV (which the contractors need to provide to Zespri).

To show up on the list, you must be a currently registered contractor. If you are not registered as a contractor, follow the steps for “I have never worked with Zespri before, and want to register as a contractor the first time.” Please ensure Zespri has a copy of your valid CAV.

If you have completed all this information and submitted it to Zespri, please note it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, you will automatically show up on the GLOBALG.A.P. & GRASP Contractor List, which refreshes every day.

CAV stands for Compliance Assessment Verification. After your independent inspections, if you meet the GAP requirements, you will be given a CAV. This is your certificate verifying that you demonstrated good agricultural practice at the time of your inspection. Please provide a copy of your CAV to all Growers before you undertake work for them.

The CAVs are accessed directly by Zespri, unless you had an audit undertaken by SGS or Asurequality. In these cases, please send your CAV to Zespri, and we will update our compliant contractor records. It may take up to 3-5 business days from receiving it for us to process it.
