What's changing with registrations?
We're going digital! Registration details can now be kept up to date online.
Important information like contact details, which packaging products you're supplying and manufacturer details can now be maintained year-round. As a first step, log on to check the details are all correct and if you need help, refer to our "how to" guides here.
If you don't have a logon and would like one, click on the "Request Access" form and we'll sort one out for you.
In order to submit your registration there are a few things you will need to supply in a digital format:
- Evidence of compliance to the relevant international food safety standards as stated in the Statement of Content and Manufacturing in the Zespri Manufacturers’ Specifications. Examples of evidence would include copies of certificates of compliance from the manufacturing plant or a declaration of conformity on company letterhead. These documents must be current and date appropriate to the period of supply.
- Material specifications in respect of your packaging products (required every season, even if your packaging products are unchanged from the previous season).
- Confirmation that your subcontractors, service providers, agents, representatives and other parties under your control involved in the manufacturing of the packaging products of their components are aware of, and have agreed to comply with, the terms of this letter and all other Zespri requirements including the Manufacturers' Specifications.
- Confirmation that you are certified, or working towards certification, to the relevant BRC (British Retail Consortium) regulations or other GFSI (Global Food Safety Institute) accredited food safety certifications.
Once you have all these details, you can complete our online registration form, which will confirm the accuracy of all contact information, packaging arrangements (i.e. which manufacturer is used for each product) and that you comply with the listed regulations and the other certifications your production plant and/or packaging components hold. This must be completed by a person with appropriate authority to bind.
